2013 began with quite the celebration – my niece’s winter wedding! As you may or may not know, my wife’s parents have 14 children and 42 grandchildren – pause here for gasps. 🙂 Well, Kayleena was the first of the grandkids to tie the knot and I had the great privilege of capturing the pure love and joy between Kayleena and Nick on their big day. Despite being so young, these two have centered their marriage around God and share a deep spiritual maturity that will surely allow them to celebrate many anniversaries to come!
There were so many fun moments from the excitement of the first look to Kayleena jumping into Nick’s arms for their first kiss as husband and wife to the heartfelt toast her younger sisters gave about gaining the brother they never had.
It was also fun to work with other family members – Joe Heslip from Heslip Audio who did an amazing job keeping the crowds entertained and Molly Stuart who made the wedding cake.
