I am still catching up on the last of my projects from 2011, but I just wanted to share a quick sneak peek of the latest ABC (Association of Bridal Consultants) event a few days ago at The Links at Whitmore Lake. It was such an honor to be the photography sponsor for the occasion along with some other incredible vendors (listed below). It was also super nice to see Shane from Shane Tincu Films, Ana from Twofoot Creative and Jeffrey from JLB weddings (thanks for the photos of me speaking, Jeffrey!) and to have an opportunity to meet many other great wedding vendors. I also got to discover my new favorite dessert ever: Pinkberry Frozen Yogurt. Please, do not try it. You WILL get hooked and end up driving tens of miles just to get some.

Today a quick sneak peek at an ultra-cool classic car photo shoot I was lucky enough to do a few weeks back in Oxford. Meet 1964 Ford Galaxie XL 500 and 1965 Shelby Superformance AC Cobra. You’ll like their personality.

Recently I had quite the honor to photograph a wedding of yet another super nice couple – Amy and Neil. The honor was especially significant because they are both photographers and designers…in fact they met for the very first time at a photo class – how perfect is that!

And P.S. I absolutely loved their 10 o’clock snack table with pączki and chruściki! Yum!

Not too long ago I had a privilege to do a photoshoot  for a totally rockin’ band – Thicker than Water. These images were produced for their newest album titled “Proclaim”. While winter usually means a slow time for the photography side of the business, it does have a bright side – I get to spend some time with my second passion – design. Below are two drafts of a teaser poster for a national Conquest Camp named “Call and Duty”. Conquest is an amazing club that offers leadership programs, camps and retreats for boys and young men (ages 5-16) across the U.S. You should definitely check out their website to see what they are all about. Below are two proposals for the teaser-flyer aimed to create a hype around the upcoming camp. Let me know what you think.

Not too long ago I was commissioned by Everest Collegiate High School and Academy in Clarkston, MI to shoot two ads for their varsity basketball team. I had a lot of fun putting a photoshoot together and the models/team members did great! You can see behind the scenes of this photoshoot on Everest’s blog. Also, for all you seniors –  a commercial photo-shoot similar to what you see below will now be available as one of our services for all 2011 seniors – send me an email to inquire.
